When we brought Archer there for the first time, we asked them for a few specific things, and warned them about his difficulty with nail trimming. When we picked him up, he looked FANTASTIC! Better than what we were expecting - and with every detail paid attention to. Apparently his nail trimming wasn't an issue at all either! DEFINITELY GOING BACK!
